The Store Book is an inspiration book for the retail and shop design scene. Every year the expert committee of the DLV (German Shopfitting Organisation) uses it to present particularly successful shop concepts and pioneering shop fitting trends.
The Swiss chocolate manufacturer Confiserie Bachmann is also represented in the current issue. With its creative store concept, it demonstrates how a craft business can build up a likeable and successful brand with quality products and well-conceived retail design.
The branch at the headquarters in Lucerne features a spectacular centrepiece – a flowing chocolate wall that is unique in terms of its dimensions and construction.Light is an important part of the store concept. The fine pralines and chocolates are presented particularly appetizingly and attractively with warm-coloured, spectrally optimised light from BÄRO.
