The trilogy of air hygiene: UV-C disinfection, grease elimination, odour elimination

The seminar takes an in-depth look at innovative, state-of-the-art solutions on a physical basis for ensuring good hygiene in air conditioning systems. In addition to theoretical aspects a number of practical examples of use and references are shown:  

Part 1 "Disinfection with UV-C radiation technology" provides an introduction to microbiology, explains the mode of action of UV-C radiation, describes the provisions of the VDI 6022 standard and general aspects to be considered for good hygiene in air conditioning systems. Solutions are shown that result in the sustained elimination of up to 99.9% of germs in existing or planned air conditioning systems. The seminar targets planners, builders and operators of air conditioning systems.
   
In part 2 "Grease elimination with KitTech" interested kitchen planners and managers of restaurants, large catering operations, canteens and hotels find out how grease in extractor hoods and exhaust air shafts from kitchen air extraction systems can be biologically degraded and thus eliminated in a photolytic process with UV-C ozone radiation.
   
Part 3 "Odour elimination with plasmaNorm by BARO" shows how odours can be efficiently eliminated from kitchen exhaust air. The speakers explain the basics of how odours arise, describe the strict provisions of the Emmissions Control Act in Germany and demonstrate the functional stages of the unique BARO plasma technology. This targets interested kitchen planners, kitchen supervisors and manager of hotels, large restaurants and canteens. However, plasmaNorm by BARO can also solve all the odour problems of food-processing companies with integrated kitchens/canteens.
