Delicatessen products
One of many hygiene problems:
The preparation of delicatessen products often
involves combining various foodstuffs to make an
end product, for example puffed pastry parcels
filled with minced meat, feta refined with
olives or canapés with various kinds of fish.
The foodstuffs have varying degrees of
sensitivity and the risk of contamination is
particularly high.
Our solution:
Made-to-measure air disinfection solutions based
on relevant data such as room size, relative air
humidity, room geometry and the type of food
processed. Constant air disinfection enables
almost clean room conditions to be achieved.
These systems are available either as the
stand-alone circulating air units
AirStream C
or
AirTube C
, as additional equipment for ventilation
systems in the form of
AirStream
, or as
AirStream V
for circulating air evaporators. A further
application is surface radiation with the
SurTech
system or an integrated solution with the
Compact lamp IP 65
. The result is that even the most sensitive
products retain their original quality and there
are no complaints.
