One of many hygiene problems:
The spores of yeasts and moulds, which are
transported by the air and settle on bread,
bakery products and creams, cause premature
spoilage of the contaminated products.
Our solution:
We offer small UV-C systems such as
AirTube C
and
AirWetech
as wall or ceiling mounted devices especially
for production, storage and cool rooms, or
AirStream C
for larger rooms. All these units have an
integrated ventilator. They work efficiently as
stand-alone solutions around the clock. If an
evaporator cooler is installed in the store room
or cool room, our
AirTube
or
AirStream V
can also be deployed. This effectively prevents
the transportation of airborne spores and means
that bread, bakery products and cream products
keep their perfect quality.
