Foundation of Bähren & Rosenkranz OHG in Langenfeld by Heinz Bähren. Joinery opens offering shop fittings for the non-food sector. Product range includes general reflector lamps (BARO Sol), fluorescent lamps and louvered luminaires.

1970/1971 |
Move from Langenfeld to the current premises in Leichlingen-Witzhelden. Sale of high-voltage halogen lamps and luminaires for jewellers, furriers and high-quality clothes stores.
Discontinuation of joinery following move to new premises.

A business idea is born: coated cool beam lamps are offered to butcher's shops, bakeries and florists.
